Information used by the service

AIGirlShot processes the account details you provide, such as your name and email address. When you use Studio, it stores project settings, reference images, prompts, canvas positions, generation tasks, results, and the credit activity associated with your requests.

Requests to the service may also produce operational information such as IP addresses, timestamps, error messages, and security logs. Support emails include the information you choose to send us.

Why we use this information

We use this information to authenticate your account, save and restore your work, process image-generation requests, deliver results, account for credits, investigate failures, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Private projects and public references

Your private reference photos, models, and albums are associated with your account and are not included in the public catalog or sitemap. The public model library contains original fictional virtual identities. Avoid putting sensitive information into a project name or prompt unless it is necessary for your request.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, and file storage infrastructure. Resend handles transactional messages such as account verification and password reset. Our support mailbox uses Purelymail.

When you request an image, the configured generation provider receives the prompt and the reference images required for that request. Its processing and retention terms also apply to the data it receives. Studio identifies the selected image model in the generation quote. Do not submit reference material you do not want processed by the generation service.

Storage and deletion

Project information and generated assets are kept so you can return to your work. Deleting an item or account may involve more than one storage system; deletion from a service provider's own logs or backups is governed by that provider's processes.

For a request concerning account information, reference photos, or generated assets, contact support@aigirlshot.com. Include the relevant account email and item identifier. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before taking action.

Security

Private endpoints check account ownership, and private pages are excluded from public HTML caching. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share account passwords or private download links with people who should not have access.
