Terms of Service

About the service

AIGirlShot helps you compose AI portrait photoshoots using virtual models, reference photos, outfits, poses, scenes, and prompts. A generation request is processed by the image provider configured for the service. Features and provider availability can change.

Accounts and reference photos

Keep your account credentials secure. Only upload photos and other material that you have permission to use for AI generation. Obtain the permission of any real person whose likeness you use. The service is intended for adults and adult portrait subjects.

Do not use AIGirlShot to impersonate someone deceptively, create non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, harass others, infringe another person's rights, or attempt to access another account's private data.

Permission to process your content

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You give AIGirlShot permission to store and process that material, and to send the necessary inputs to its service providers, to carry out your requests and operate your account. This does not give us permission to publish your private reference photos as public catalog models.

The public virtual models and reference images are fictional AI-generated examples. Do not represent them as photographs of actual people or as endorsements from real customers.

Generated results

AI generation is probabilistic. Likeness, wardrobe, anatomy, and composition may differ from the instructions or references. Review each image before sharing or using it. We do not promise exact identity preservation, a particular artistic result, or exclusive rights in generated output.

You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is permitted, including the rights in uploaded materials, a person's likeness, and any applicable image-provider terms.

Credits and requests

Studio shows a credit quote before a generation starts. A preview is a separate generation from the rest of a series. Choosing to regenerate a completed image starts a new quoted request. A technical failure and a request for a different creative result are handled differently; the task status and account ledger record the outcome.

Credit purchases are not currently open. Any future paid offering will display its price and purchase terms before checkout.

Service availability and misuse

Generation can be delayed or unavailable because of a provider, storage, or network failure. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. For questions about your account, content, or these terms, email support@aigirlshot.com.
